Our self-catered farmhouse building for up to 14 people with three double bedrooms and two four-bed rooms is situated just a few metres below the Loderbichl Alm lodge – right on the ski piste and in the Loferer Alm hiking paradise. The rustic charm of the old farmhouse paired with modern and comfortable furnishings creates an unforgettable Alpine holiday for families and groups.



In winter, the lodge can be reached by gondola. The middle station is situated just 150m above the building and therefore is also easily accessible to non-skiers. In summer, access by car is also possible by simply following the asphalt mountain road straight to the lodge.



The farmhouse has been completely renovated and is very tastefully furnished. The ground floor offers a fully equipped living room-kitchen with a cosy dining corner, a wood stove and electric hob, an oven, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, bread slicing machine and toaster. The parlour offers plenty of seating and a cosy tiled stove for sociable evenings with family or friends. 



The washroom facilities have been fully modernised and a separate sauna offers a chance for relaxation and well-being after an active day out in nature.

The farmhouse is heated by gas central heating and is fitted with satellite TV, radio, internet and a ski boot dryer. Unbelievable panoramic views of the surrounding mountains await outside the building on our sun terrace with recliners, a table tennis table and BBQ point.

Your pets are also welcome. (We will charge a contribution towards expenses of € 35 per week for your pet).
